Old world charm meets modern day amenity

Thoughtfully restored in 2020, STOUFFVILLE JUNCTION combines old world charm with modern day amenity.

Originally constructed by a local visionary who sought to bring first class accommodation and business to the town of Stouffville, the local team responsible for the current redevelopment has the same goal in mind.

The mixed-use development includes commercial space on the main level and ten boutique residential suites on the upper two floors.

Community, Convenience & Hospitality

Much like the business that operated within the building generations ago, STOUFFVILLE JUNCTION brings convenience for the comfort of its visitors and guests.

The vision behind the revitalization is to blend existing character with modern construction practices. Upgrades to windows, lighting and building systems optimize comfort and efficiency.

The clever use of space and introduction of urban design elements bring new energy to the property and a welcoming setting for the community.

Design is in the details

A momento to the good old days

Built in the 1860’s to allow its then owner, a well-known distiller from Toronto to transport grain to his distillery and lumber for export, the original Toronto & Nipissing rail line brought a flurry of activity to Stouffville. It eased the shipment of goods and at its peak, allowed STOUFFVILLE JUNCTION to service up to 30 trains per day.

Today, STOUFFVILLE JUNCTION is a place where community, convenience and hospitality come together.

The Mansion House was first built by Elijah Miller on this site in 1879.
